250 W Rickshaw commercially plying
The company designs and manufactures Battery operated three wheeled vehicles.
The Company aims to promote battery operated vehicles commercially in the market by manufacturing the product. These Vehicles will remove the drudgery of the Rickshaw Puller and have zero carbon footprint as it may gets charged through renewable energy sources.
The rickshaw manufacturing presently is an unorganized industry with no quality control, and there are as many rickshaw designs as the cities in which they ply.
These rickshaws are so poorly made that the design, quality & mechanics of these cycle rickshaw is very miserable and can be considerably improved. The pullers’ working conditions are inadequate due to which they are prone to health problems. Hence there is the need to improve the design of the existing rickshaw to make it user-friendly and bring quality control in its manufacture and also improve the working conditions of the rickshaw.
It is estimated that there are about ten lakh rickshaws in the entire region of Delhi. It is also estimated that close to 80 lakh cycle rickshaws ply on Indian roads. The exact number could be even greater, since there are no reliable records available.
In some cities and small towns, they are the major means of transport. They provide employment to more than eight million rickshaw pullers. The replacement of Cycle Rickshaw creates a huge market for our products as it is environment friendly and ergonomic and life enhancing for the user.
